What is Lush Lip Balm made from?

Lush Lip Balm is formulated with skincare-grade ingredients including Squalane, Shea Butter, Vitamin E and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1. The full ingredient list is available on each individual product page.

Is Lush Lip Balm vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every Lush Lip Balm product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free certified. We do not test on animals and never will.

Why does Lush Lip Balm feel different to other lip balms?

Most lip balms rely on heavy waxes that sit on the surface and leave a sticky residue. Our formula uses lightweight emollients like Squalane and Coco-Caprylate that absorb properly and nourish from within, which is why the finish feels smooth and comfortable rather than heavy or tacky.

Does Lush Lip Balm contain SPF?

Our formula contains Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, a UV filter that provides a layer of protection for your lips from sun exposure. It is not a rated SPF product but it does offer meaningful UV protection as part of the formula.

How much product is in each tube?

Each tube contains 10ml of product. It is compact, lightweight and carry-on approved for travel.

Can I wear Lush Lip Balm under or over lipstick?

Yes. The lightweight, non-sticky formula makes it a great base under lipstick or a comfortable wear on its own. It will not interfere with colour products worn on top.

What flavours are available?

Lush Lip Balm is currently available in five flavours: Mocha Kiss, Cherry Bloom, Chrystal Clear, Vanilla Sky and Watermelon Chic. Each one shares the same nourishing formula with its own unique character.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is $10 and takes 3 to 8 business days. Express shipping is $15 and takes 1 to 4 business days. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and dispatch. From there, standard delivery takes 3 to 8 business days and express takes 1 to 4 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available in the future so keep an eye on our updates.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment on full priced, unopened items. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any lip balm that has been opened or used.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer exchanges and store credits on eligible items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us and we will make it right.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
