Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after shipment of your order to request a return.
Due to the nature of our products, we offer exchanges and store credits only, not refunds, subject to the following conditions.
Condition of Product
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any lip balm product that has been opened or used. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you at your own cost.
Full Priced Items
Lush Lip Balm products and bundles purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange or store credit when the return is lodged within 30 days of your shipment date. Please note we are unable to refund or credit the cost of original shipping.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at lushlipbalm@outlook.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible. We will do our best to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible based on assessment of the item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges and store credits are available for full priced items within the 30 day window as outlined above.
How to Lodge a Return
To start a return, please contact us at lushlipbalm@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
